Kick a Ball and Make-a-Wish®

Tampa , FL - March 12, 2005 - Join us on May 21 st from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the first Krewe of Brigadoon Kickball Tournament at Gadsen Park at 6901 South MacDill Avenue in Tampa . All profits will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Sarasota/Tampa Bay, Inc. Brigadoon's goal is to raise more than $2,500 so that we can fulfill a wish in its entirety.

There will be sixteen teams of ten players competing for first place and a trophy. Food, t-shirts, and goodie bags will be provided to the teams. The cost is $300 per team. The first four teams that sign-up by April 21st will only be charged $250.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® is the largest wish-granting organization in the world, with 74 chapters in the United States and its territories and 28 international affiliates on five continents. In January of 2004, they celebrated granting our 1,000th wish!

About Ye Enchanted Krewe of Brigadoon

Mission : Ye Enchanted Krewe of Brigadoon was formed by many, not one: to encourage and facilitate camaraderie and fellowship by providing and opportunity to support charity organizations and to participate in local parades.

Toast: In Days of Old when Knights were Bold and Dragons they did Fly, from a Highland Moon came Brigadoon, and Beads now fill the Sky!
